  • Walid El-Hindi

    Group CEO of Northacre

    Walid is responsible for managing & overseeing all real estate portfolios & activities across the value chain & multiple geographies. Previously as CEO at IMKAN, he led the establishment & growth of the company with a portfolio valued at over AED 100 billion comprising 26 projects across 6 countries. He was a board member & MD of IMKAN Misr, board member of IMKAN Maroc & of HHRM. Prior to this, he worked as CDO for Emaar Misr & managed an international portfolio with a value of over USD 12 billion.

  • Aimee Petrie

    Accounts Assistant

    Aimee graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2019 with a degree in Business with Marketing. Having previously worked in Finance within the Corporate Events sector for 4 years, she is experienced in working in a fast-paced environment. At Northacre Properties, Aimee works closely with the Finance Director and Assistant Management Accountant to provide support to the running of the Finance Department.

  • Amy Wardell

    Head of Brand, Northacre Properties

    Amy handles all PR and Marketing initiatives at Northacre Properties. She joined in 2017 and has over seven years of luxury marketing experience, having previously worked for a leading super yacht brokerage house.

  • Carlos Salazar

    Senior Development Manager, Northacre Properties

    A Chartered Project Manager, Carlos has worked on award-winning developments in high profile London markets such as Covent Garden, St. James’s Square and Mayfair. Originally from Colombia, he is also a former engineer and aspiring artist.

  • Doug Walters

    Commercial Director

    Doug has 30+ years commercial experience across a wide range of major projects in refurbishment, new build, infrastructure and civil engineering. From Heathrow T2B, Hong Kong – Macau Bridge Link and Battersea Power Station. Doug oversees and manages the commercial performance of No. 1 Palace Street and The Broadway.

  • Georgina Reeves

    Brand Manager, Northacre Properties

    Georgina graduated with a degree in History of Art from the University of Warwick. With a background in property and interior design, she is passionate about creating design-led, brand experiences. At Northacre Properties, Georgina works with our Head of Brand to curate each project’s story.

  • Jan Trbizan

    Design and Technical Director, Northacre Properties

    Having been actively involved with real estate development projects in Europe, the Middle East, Russia and Brazil, Jan has over 18 years of project design, management and construction experience. Jan has been involved with the delivery of over £3.3bn of GDV in London over the last decade, his key competencies grounded his Architectural background with a specific focus on complex residential, hospitality and commercial schemes delivered within PCL.

  • Matthew Festa

    Brand Assistant

    Matthew recently graduated with a degree in Luxury Brand Management from Goldsmiths University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Greenwich, while working at Northacre Properties. With a background in luxury sales and marketing, he is passionate about implementing these skillsets into luxury property development. At Northacre Properties, Matthew works alongside our Brand Manager and Head of Brand to carry out all marketing objectives.

  • Molly Barkes

    Completions Manager, No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences

    Molly has worked in super prime residential development for over six years, starting in Sales at Savills, and transitioning over to client completions. She has been brought on by Northacre as Completions Manger for our No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences development, where she will be the main contact for all purchasers, ensuring a smooth handover into their new homes.

  • Natasha Cochran

    Sales & Marketing Assistant

    Natasha has international experience in the luxury design world, working under renowned Mauritian artists through a variety of mediums. Designing bespoke silver and gold jewellery for a range of clientele, Natasha has gained a unique understanding behind the making of bespoke, design-led products as well as the sales process of a unique luxury brand. She recently moved to London and joined the Northacre Properties team to support the Sales and Brand team.

  • Robert Gibson

    Construction Director, Northacre Properties

    With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Robert manages the construction of both No. 1 Palace Street and The Broadway. Having started his career as a site engineer, Robert quickly progressed into project management where he has worked with high profile contractors and developers on some of the capital’s most challenging developments, including Battersea Power Station, Vista and Kensington Palace Gardens.

  • Rowena McCullough

    Site Sales Manager

    With over six years of experience working in the Prime Central London property market, Rowena oversees the sales process of Northacre’s developments. She enjoys supporting her clients throughout their journey to finding their perfect home.

  • Sam Richardson

    Assistant Management Accountant, Northacre Properties

    Sam makes sure Northacre Properties’ suppliers remain happy by always paying their invoices on time. A keen football fan who is currently studying for his AAT Advanced Diploma in accounting, Sam was named ‘grooviest mover’ at his school’s sixth-form awards.

  • Shaun du Plessis

    Development Manager

    Shaun works within the Development team on our landmark projects No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, The Broadway and Berkeley Square. He has over 20 years of real estate experience being the Senior lead on a broad spectrum of development projects. He started his career in the residential sector and later specialised as a Senior Development Manager for a group of listed REITs.

  • Simon Edwardson

    Head of Sales, Northacre Properties

    As Head of Sales, Simon oversees all sales campaigns internationally for Northacre Properties’ landmark developments. He works closely with the architectural and development teams to ensure that the delivery of Northacre Properties’ schemes are the perfect fit for new residents.

  • Tara Palmer

    Personal Assistant to CEO

    With over 20 years of experience working as a Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant, Tara has a variety of experience and skills to support CEO level and Senior Executives. Tara thrives in fast-paced, challenging, busy environments and strives to give the highest level of support throughout Northacre Properties.
